When you enter details on our website we keep a record of your contact details to enable us to fulfil our obligations to you, including your entitlement to attend and vote at general meetings of our group.

Your data may also be used by us to communicate with you about any aspect of More in Dore, to compile our annual accounts, and to recover monies from HMRC for donations paid through Gift Aid.

The data we will hold is based on what you submit on our website, and may include:

  • Title

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number(s)

  • Email address(es)

  • The donation amount paid

  • Gift Aided or not

  • Date of payment of donation

 

How we can use this information is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which applies from 25th  May 2018. This regulation requires us to process your personal information fairly, lawfully and in a transparent manner. This means that you are entitled to know how we intend to use any information you provide.

 

We will only use the information:

  • To communicate with you about any aspect of More in Dore and its activities.

  • To compile our annual accounts.

  • To recover money from HMRC for subscriptions paid through Gift Aid.

 

Your data may be kept for up to 24 months following submission. We will delete your data earlier than this upon request. We will not share your data with any third party unless there is a legal requirement to do so, for example to comply with Gift Aid legislation.

You have the right to a copy of the data we hold about you and we will rectify any errors we become aware of. You also have the right to have your data deleted and we must comply with any such request within a reasonable timescale. Please address this request to:
